Silk

Thanks to the Desert Artists’ League (DAL), I recently had an opportunity to take a silk painting class. DAL was able to bring Christy Lynn Greene to Ridgecrest to teach a watercolor on silk class. It was fun and we all learned so much from Christy and Diane Casper Allen. This wonky bird loves flowers and she landed on my silk fabric that day.

This silk painting has been donated to the China Lake Rotary Club for their scholarship auction in March.
